Fault response target
4 hours, business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, excluding public holidays)
Priority support
Faults escalated immediately. Response target within 1 business hour. Proactive updates throughout restoration.

The fault response target is delivered on a best-effort basis in line with NBN Co’s Wholesale Broadband Agreement. No service credits apply if the target is not met. The SLA must be active on your service before a fault is reported — it cannot be applied to an existing fault.

📝 KEY CONDITIONS

Payment
Monthly in advance. First month billed at sign-up before service activation.
Cancellation
Cancel any time. No exit fee. Your service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Static IP
A dedicated static IPv4 address is included. CGNAT does not apply to this plan.
eInvoicing
ABN-linked account. PEPPOL eInvoicing available on request.
Eligibility
A valid Australian Business Number (ABN) is required. Available on FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) connections only.

New connection: If your address has not previously had an active NBN service, a $300.00 new connection fee applies.
