📝 KEY CONDITIONS

Payment

Monthly in advance. First month billed at sign-up before service activation.

Cancellation

Cancel any time. No exit fee. Your service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

CGNAT

This service uses CGNAT (shared IP addressing) by default. A dedicated static IP is available for $10.00/month.

NTD Upgrade

This plan requires a 2.5G-capable NTD. If your existing NTD does not support this speed tier, NBN Co will upgrade it to a single-port 2.5G NTD at no charge. A 4-port 2.5G NTD is available on request ($110.00 inc. GST, manual order only). A $200.00 fee applies if you downgrade or cancel within 12 months of NTD installation.

New connection: If your address has not previously had an active NBN service, a $300.00 new connection fee applies.
