  1. Restart your router — unplug for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes after plugging back in.
  2. Check the lights on your NTD (the NBN box on your wall). Solid lights are good; flashing or off may indicate a network issue.
  3. Try a different device to rule out a device-specific issue.
  4. Email hello@hitpacific.com.au with your account number and a description of what you’re seeing.
